Colourific.Vision is a product of the sole proprietorship called Colourific Creations. registered in Denmark, under the CVR number 39103648. The website address is https://www.colourific.vision, and direct contact can be initiated at +4528261665 or via contact@colourific.vision.

Definitions

The Seller

is Colourific Creations.

Customer

An individual, legal person, or any legal entity who creates an account in the online store and makes a purchase.

User

Any individual / legal person who registers by completing the registration form and agrees to read the Terms and Conditions.

Order

It is considered a user adding a product/products to the cart and pressing the “Place order” button, which is confirmed by email.

Goods

All products available in the https://www.colourific.vision shop, which are included in the order confirmation, goods that are invoiced and emailed or shipped to the Customer.

These products are of two different types: printable and printed planner refills or otherwise called digital and physical goods.

The physical products may have the status of: “In stock”, – meaning that the order can be fulfilled within 5-10 working days or “Out of stock”, – meaning the given product is unavailable until further notice.

Colourific Creations. is VAT registered; therefore, a 25% VAT (sales tax) is included in the prices displayed in the online store.

Contract – is the distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer without the simultaneous physical presence of the Seller and the Customer.

Payment method – refers to the way the Customer pays for an order. Your options are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay and debit cards or using express payment methods such as Google Pay and Apple Pay. All of these are processed via a securely encrypted payment gateway called Stripe. More details on this can be found on the Privacy Policy page.

Delivery – of digital files is done by email, while physical goods delivery is completed by local courier services such as GLS, DAO or DHL.

Copyright/Property Rights

The owner of all rights regarding the https://www.colourific.vision website and its content is Colourific Creations. None of its content can be used in any commercial way by other individuals/legal entities without the owner’s consent.

Confidentiality

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, Colourific.Vision uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. It is neither possible for Colourific Creations. nor any other unauthorised entity to see or read data exchanged in connection with the purchase.

The https://www.colourific.vision website preserves the confidentiality of the account information provided by the User, which will be used only for the execution of the contract. No public statement, promotion, press release or other disclosure to third parties will be made by the Seller concerning the order and any details.

Colourific Creations. reserves the right to send quarterly updates to those who subscribe to the newsletter via the opt-in form in the website’s footer. User-provided personal data (email address, phone number) will only be used for the purposes outlined when giving out said data. See further details on the Privacy Policy page.

The https://www.colourific.vision website and its goods are public and can be accessed and viewed by anyone.

The product

The images on the site are only mockups and may differ from the physical product received by the Customer, while the paid digital downloads are not watermarked.

The physical products may have the status of: “In stock”, – meaning that the order can be fulfilled within 5-10 working days or “Out of stock”, – meaning the given product is unavailable until further notice.

Ordering

To place an order, you do not need an account. It will be automatically created for you. Physical products can only be added to the cart if they are “In stock”. If they are not, feel free to get in touch via phone at +4528261665 or email at contact@colourific.vision.

Once you have added products to your cart, you can complete the order at checkout. After the order is placed, an order confirmation email will be sent to you with your order details. Digital products can be downloaded from the email and on your Account page.

Colourific Creations. reserves the right to refuse to serve customers who display inappropriate behaviour and language in writing or verbally (aggressive, licensed, etc.), have multiple records of refused deliveries and abuse the right of return.

Payment method

This happens digitally using credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay and debit cards or using express payment methods such as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Shipping

Digital files are delivered by email, while physical goods are shipped by local courier services such as GLS, DAO or DHL. The Customer bears the shipping fee.

Return & Refund

Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if the goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised. You also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification, and without incurring any costs other than the delivery of returning the physical product. The physical product’s value will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel.

For the return to be accepted, it is required to either add a written statement with the goods you are returning or send a cancellation request to the Seller by email at contact@colourific.vision. Furthermore, you must return all the items and documents (original packaging, all delivered items in unused condition, the invoice, etc.) that have been shipped to you.

Exceptions to Return & Refund

Due to their nature, digital and custom-made products cannot be returned nor refunded under any circumstances.

Data Protection

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data outlines Colourific Creations. must administer the personal data provided by the Users and Customers safely and for specified purposes only.

This website uses Google Analytics, WooCommerce and HubSpot to analyse how users behave. These use cookies to collect standard browsing information, purchase details and user activity information. The information collected is anonymous.

Cookie-generated information on site use (including the IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate how Users navigate the site and generate statistical reports on their activity. Colourific Creations. will not use this statistical data to associate the identity of a user with an IP address.

Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-execution is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is an unpredictable event beyond the parties’ control and can not be avoided.

Applicable law

This document is subject to EU regulations. If possible litigations between the Seller and the Customers can not be solved amicably, the Danish courts will settle the case according to said rules.

Other Provisions

The parties to the contract will be considered independent. Neither party has the right or authority to assume or create any obligation on account of or to the detriment of the other. The terms and conditions of this document supersede other prior oral agreements between the Parties regarding the subject of this Agreement. They may not be altered or changed except by written agreement.
