To be able to plan, first, we need to know what and how much we can do in general. This is where these printables come into the picture. They are set up in the most space-efficient way, including only the most necessary sections. Start tracking your life in minutes.
How does it work?
The planner starts with yearly goal setting. The goals are arranged into life areas which are colour-coded based on how many spoons they require. These are further broken down into quarters, months, weeks and days’ worth of plans to track. The aim is to find out how You work and what You need.
1. Big picture (Outline)
Write down everything you have on your mind such as people, holidays, goals, trips, income streams, habits, thoughts, emotions or even behaviours. Do not worry about chronological order or position here. Once you are done, circle or underline those that you would like to address in some way.
2.Break it down (Assign)
Next, break down the previously marked items into 2-3 milestones on another piece of paper. Then, define their priority by adding numbers to them. These will form the basis of your reverse-engineered roadmap.
3. Zoom in (Focus)
The last thing is finding the first step. Add structure to the plan by grouping the above-chosen items into categories created to your liking. Here, these are life areas marked by colours. Now find the no. 1 milestone in each and highlight it.
