According to the current European standards on the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data set out in Regulation 2016/679/EU, “Personal Data” refers to the unique individual information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (“the subject”). Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, WooCommerce, Stripe and HubSpot.
Google Analytics
For sites running WooCommerce (also owned by Automattic) and this feature simultaneously and having all purchase tracking explicitly enabled, purchase events will send Google Analytics the following information: order number, product id and name, product category, total cost, and quantity of items purchased.
This feature sends page view events (and potentially video play events) over to Google Analytics for consumption. For sites running WooCommerce-powered stores, some additional events are also sent to Google Analytics: shopping cart additions and removals, product listing views and clicks, product detail views, and purchases.
Please see the Google Analytics documentation for more details.
WooCommerce
The following information is collected about you during the checkout process:
• Products you have viewed: this is used to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed.
• Location, IP address and browser type: this is for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping.
• Shipping address: enter this, for instance, to estimate shipping before you place an order.
• Also, cookies keep track of cart contents while you are browsing the site.
Comments or reviews will also be stored if you choose to leave them. More details are here.
Stripe
This store accepts payments through Stripe using credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, China UnionPay, and debit cards or using express payment methods such as Google Pay and Apple Pay. When processing payments, some of your data passes to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
Please see the Stripe Privacy Policy for more details.
Hubspot
Your email is used to send your newsletters and Orders related data over HubSpot. It is an inbound marketing and sales platform that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers.
Please see the HubSpot Data Privacy for more details.
With who is your data shared?
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long is your data retained?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so any follow-up comments can be recognized and approved automatically instead of being in a moderation queue.
For users that register on the website (if any), the personal information they provide in their user profile is stored. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Finally, as mentioned above, the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires that any data relevant to bookkeeping purposes must be stored for at least five years from the end of the accounting period to which the data relates. This data includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
What rights do you have over your data?
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where is your data sent?
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
This planning system, as well as this website, is ever-evolving and keeps changing due to new findings, ideas and feedback. So, please, feel free to get in touch in case you have any questions, wishes, criticism or anything else you think might help improve it. Thank you!
